যুক্তরাজ‍্যে বাংলাদেশী মিডিয়া কর্মীদের একটি বড় অংশ নানা ধরনের বৈষম্যের শিকার হয়ে ঐক‍্যবদ্ধ হওয়া থেকে বঞ্চিত থেকেছেন । এরমধ্যে কভিড পরবর্তী সময়ে এদেশে আরো এসেছেন বিপুলসংখ্যক বাংলাদেশী মিডিয়া কর্মী।

যুক্তরাজ‍্যে বাংলাদেশী মিডিয়াকর্মীদের সংগঠন বাংলাদেশ প্রেসক্লাব ইউকে। ২০২৪ সালের ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ইস্ট লন্ডনের মাইক্রো বিজনেস পার্কে এক অনুষ্ঠানের মধ‍্য দিয়ে যাত্রা শুরু।
